Three real bedrooms up with the laundry where it belongs, no hauling baskets down two flights. Two-car garage, a patio, and a community with its own dog park and firepit for the nights you'd rather not go anywhere at all. When you want more, it's right there. City Club golf a mile away. Kennesaw Mountain for the trail. I-75 for the city. But most days the square is plenty. Or maybe the Gone with the Wind Museum. Why not? Live a little. You'll show up expecting a catch.
